By accessing or using Sigma Prep ("the Service"), operated by Sigma Prep LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Sigma Prep is an online SAT Math preparation platform that provides video lessons, practice problems, and progress tracking tools. The Service is available via subscription. A free account provides access to the SAT Math Diagnostic Quiz.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Each account is for a single student; account sharing is not permitted.
You can create a free account to access the SAT Math Diagnostic Quiz and view the platform. Full access to video lessons, practice problems, progress tracking, and all other features requires a paid subscription.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $49/month. Subscribers on legacy Quarterly ($119 every 3 months) or Annual ($299/year) plans retain those plans and prices for as long as their subscription remains active. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and continues until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Plan & billing section of your account Settings, which opens the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Beyond the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 8, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
1-on-1 tutoring sessions are available to subscribers for $80 per 60-minute session. Sessions are arranged by request: you tell us what you want to work on and when you are free, and we reply to confirm a time. Submitting a request does not book or charge anything. Payment is collected after the session.
Promotional discount codes are limited to one use per Sigma Prep account. Attempting to redeem a first-session discount more than once, including by using a different email address, is a violation of these terms and may result in the session being canceled without refund.
Every subscription payment made during your first 14 days is fully refundable under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee in Section 8. After that, payments are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of every subscription payment made during your first 14 days. To claim it, email support@sigmaprep.io from the email address on your account within 14 days of your first payment. No reason, form, or score report is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. When a refund is issued, subscription access ends immediately and the account returns to the free plan.
Requesting a refund does not remove your diagnostic results or study plan; those remain available on your free account.
Subscriptions started before August 16, 2026 may instead claim under the previous 50-Point Improvement Guarantee: if your official SAT Math score did not improve by at least 50 points (for starting scores at or below 600) or by any amount (for starting scores above 600) after you completed at least 80% of assigned content, contact us with both College Board score reports within 30 days of receiving your second official score.

All content on the Service, including videos, practice problems, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Sigma Prep LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
SAT® and PSAT/NMSQT® are registered trademarks of the College Board (and, for PSAT/NMSQT®, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation). Sigma Prep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the College Board. All practice materials on the Service are original works created by Sigma Prep.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Except as expressly stated in Section 8 (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee), we make no guarantees regarding SAT score improvements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Prep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
