By accessing or using Sigma Prep ("the Service"), operated by Sigma Prep LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Sigma Prep is an online SAT Math preparation platform that provides video lessons, practice problems, and progress tracking tools. The Service is available via subscription. A free account provides access to the SAT Math Challenge Quiz.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Each account is for a single student — account sharing is not permitted.
You can create a free account to access the SAT Math Challenge Quiz and view the platform. Full access to video lessons, practice problems, progress tracking, and all other features requires a paid subscription.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with three plans: Monthly ($49/month), Quarterly ($119 every 3 months), and Annual ($299/year). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
1-on-1 tutoring sessions are available for $80 per 60-minute session, booked through the platform via Calendly. Payment is collected at the time of booking through Stripe.
Promotional discount codes, including the FIRST50 first-session discount, are limited to one use per Sigma Prep account. Attempting to redeem a first-session discount more than once — including by using a different email address at booking — is a violation of these terms and may result in the session being canceled without refund.
No refunds are issued once a payment has been charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content on the Service — including videos, practice problems, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Sigma Prep LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Except as expressly stated in Section 8 (50-Point Improvement Guarantee), we make no guarantees regarding SAT score improvements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Prep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
